Instrument Brightness Control

Not working! With the headlights on and pushing either increase brightness or decrease brightness has no effect. Recently the battery was disconnected and I had to reset the power windows.

Default Instrument Brightness Control

Not working! With the headlights on and pushing either increase brightness or decrease brightness has no effect. Recently the battery was disconnected and I had to reset the power windows. Any reset procedure for the instrument panel brightness control (you know the two little black buttons to the right of the combination meter)? Any suggestions other than take it to the dealer for inspection? Everything else seems to be working fine.

Why was the battery disconnected? Were you having electrical work done on the car?

have you checked the fuses?

I've checked the fuses, they're fine. The battery was disconnected because I had electrical work done on the car.
