Kindof off-topic, but I pass a red Cayman at a Nissan dealership every day. I don't know if they traded it in for a Z, or another vehicle, just saying.

The first gen was under-powered. Nowadays, no more. I believe the 911, the Cayman, and the Boxster share the same engine (same torque, same hp).
I never like the Boxster until the Spyder came out. |

No, just pulled a hat down real low over my face to avoid embarrassment. Kinda made it hard to drive... I traded it in after less than 2 years on an RX-8. No one accused THAT of being a chick car (except of course the driver of any car that had even a little bit of torque).
