No man. I already put my winter wheels and tires on over a month ago. I have the 18 inch base model wheels along with bridgestone blizzak lm 60 tires. I am not crazy enough to drive on snow with summer tires

It's easier to get the tires spinning (They get the rpms up sooner) in the rain. VDC samples tire-rotation at the same intervals and reacts at the same speed, wet or dry. The tires will have turned more revolutions before VDC does anything in the rain. The back end will have moved accordingly.

are we talking vehicle dyamic control or just traction control? i thought we were talking about VDC that helps the driver's yaw and such, not just traction control. the response is distorted when you run soft tires and push it.

VDC is not doing anything wrong, you are. It is there to correct minor mistakes...the key word being MISTAKES.
Winter tires and VDC aren't going to stop you from losing control until you learn to control your car. |
