What is your height and weight?

It appears that many new potential new owners are wondering the same question: Will I fit comfortably in a 370z?

That's where we all chime in and help out our fellow members and guests. Post your weight and height and answer if you have any problems or issues with space, getting in and out of your 370z, and driving posture.

My stats

Weight: 200 lbs
Height: 5'11"
Issues: Its sort of difficult to get in and out of my vehicle if my door is not open all the way.

Chime in guys.

shumby 12-04-2010 09:09 AM

6'1" 200 lbs no issues.

6spd 12-04-2010 09:11 AM

5'8" 160, fits me like a glove.

c41006 12-04-2010 09:13 AM

Height: 6'4"
Weight: 265
Issues: Not the easiest car to get in and out and my right knee is about 2 inches from the start button while I am driving but I got a Z not a truck so no complaints

onzedge 12-04-2010 09:15 AM

6'5"
220 lbs
Getting in the z is a choreography of: butt, head, feet.

red6spd 12-04-2010 09:25 AM

Also fits me wonderfully! If I absolutely have to park next to someone it's a small pain to get out of but no biggie! Prolly cuz I'm over protective! :tiphat:

5'10.5" (sockfeet) and 175. The 370Z fit me well, although the seat was VERY CLOSE to getting narrow in the shoulders. I think that build plays a huge role in how you fit in a car. For instance, I cannot sit in an SRT-4 because the seats are way too narrow up top. I end up sitting on the seat instead of in it, with regards to the back.

Chime in guys.

6'3" 180 pounds. A persons torso length is going to play a part in this decision too. I have less than 1" till my head touches the roof. This works for me.

OP: Issues: Its sort of difficult to get in and out of my vehicle if my door is not open all the way. In the garage, The door needs to be about half open for me to get in and out.

BeachZTT 12-04-2010 10:51 AM

6'1" 200

I have no isses and am very comfortable in the roadster (less travel on the seat than the coupe). My Z32TT is lower and I don't have any problems getting in and out... and I am OLD. :)

LuckyJinx 12-04-2010 10:53 AM

5'10 220lbs. Every time I get out its like i'm doing a pull-up.

Blue370tt 12-04-2010 11:06 AM

No probs

6 foot 275lbs........

no problems fitting

tjlazer 12-04-2010 11:07 AM

6'4" 225lbs

christian370z 12-04-2010 11:24 AM

I am 5'8" and 150 pounds and the Z fits me very well; plenty of support from the seats and I can find a very comfortable driving position.

CBRich 12-04-2010 11:26 AM

5'9" and a STOUT 140. Perfect fit.

Jeffblue 12-04-2010 11:34 AM

damn, some big people in here. i'm 5'4" 145

Jessobear 12-04-2010 11:46 AM

6'0" 185 lb

The Z has way more headroom than a lot of other Japanese sporty cars (with the exception of Evo's and STI's, which are really based off of sedans).

fins 12-04-2010 01:48 PM

5'11", 195 lbs. better fit than previous Z4M Coupe

atx370z 12-04-2010 01:55 PM

wafflesarefun 12-04-2010 03:54 PM

6'6" 230lb, fits fine when in it... hard to get out lol especially when parked in a cramped space xD

FL 4Motion 12-04-2010 04:05 PM

5' 10", 280lbs. BEEFCAKE!!! :)

Getting in and out is interesting. When I'm in and situated, headroom is spacious, leg room, lenghtwise is fine, my quads rest on top of the leg bolsters and my back/lats are on top of the side bosters, but it's not too bad. I have to lean over to the right when I shut the door so I don't hit myself in the arm/shoulder and when sitting in the seat, my left arm/shoulder are rubbing against the driver's door.

Still love the Z though, we have an Xterra as well and I fit just perfect in that.

(my wife hates that I drive the Z since I stretch out the bolsters and it makes the seat too loose for her). :happydance:

lmfao...:bowrofl:

Dreezy562 12-04-2010 04:27 PM

5'9" 250 no problems. i put my right foot in as i lift my but over the seat and set it gently into the suede part and then close the door and pull my left leg in. getting out is a little harder but not really, just reverse the process and use thedoor jam to get out if u need too.

Joseph B 12-04-2010 04:30 PM

5'8, 160. Perfect fit.

mr_sparkle 12-04-2010 04:55 PM

holy **** i'd look funny next to you guys at a meet. 5'8" 125lbs... wish the seats were narrower...

Jessobear 12-04-2010 05:27 PM

^^^

Wow, I had a girlfriend in college who was 5'8", 128 lb.

ZPhycho 12-04-2010 05:46 PM

6'6" 250lbs getting out is the worst part but it's still very comfortable driving

sonic370 12-04-2010 06:54 PM

6' 1" 220. no problems getting in or out i've got a kind of roll in roll out system

:roflpuke2: it is impossible for me

LMBmikeZ 12-04-2010 11:25 PM

5'10" 165lbs..............

no one should have any trouble getting in and out of the car unless they are 6'3"-6'4"+ tall!

DonV 12-05-2010 12:11 AM

5'10" and 155 and it fits like a glove, except for some minor discomfort when I am carrying a concealed handgun in my jeans.

Findlay 12-05-2010 12:20 AM

6'1" 225 lbs. The vert is very comfortable with ample head and leg room once in, though getting in/out is a bit of a ballet when the roof is up.

Also, the lateral seat cushion bolsters for your thighs in the Touring are way too narrow for someone my size - I don't understand how anyone with testicles is supposed to fit their legs between those bolsters. I just end up spreading them and accept that the leather is going to wear prematurely.

Laz34 12-05-2010 12:35 AM

im 6',1".
210lbs
issues: this might be embarrising but i dont care, i work at a super market so im on my feet all day and my jeans lower slowly through out the day. once im done i get in my car and ive split 3 pairs of expensive jeans. PS. im an athlete and not fat:mad:

joseZhartford 12-05-2010 01:59 PM

5'6 186 lbs.. no problems getting in but i feel too short when im gettin out gotta be cuz this car is very low to the ground

Cmike2780 12-05-2010 02:25 PM
