I'm 6'1" and 175lbs. It's difficult getting in and out of for me because I'm anal about leaving creases on the seats...so I feel like I'm going to pull my hamstring everytime I get out of the car. Ahh...the joy of not wanting to crease the seat cushions, haha.

ClemsonWill 12-06-2010 09:21 AM

I'm 6'0" and 210 lbs. I really have no issues getting out especailly when I can open the door all the way. I pull myself out to protect the bolsters. My last car had 60K on it and the interior looked brand new with the exception of the bolster and floor mat wear. Don't have to worry as much about the Z floor mats being that they have the heal pad.

GZ3 12-06-2010 10:35 AM

5 9" 165....i make grunting noises when i exit the car

kenchan 12-06-2010 10:40 AM

im a normal sized j-arse but legs are considerably longer than standard jdm...which makes my seating height low.

i had difficulty seeing over the side mirrors until modshack helped me out with a simple trick for the seat. :p

I'm glad I'm not the only one that pulls themselves out. I wonder if we look weird to the people that watch us get out? I've even trained my friends to do the same so they don't crease the passenger side bolsters:tup:

pookiebessie 12-06-2010 07:37 PM

6'1" 190lbs Stock seats way too small and tight. It's like sitting on a toilet bowl. Does anyone know if Altima seats will bolt right in? Are there any more relaxed seats available?

bamboo82 12-06-2010 08:11 PM

5'5" 170lbs. Danggg, I just realized i'm overweight. btw, no complaint.

fullmonty 12-07-2010 08:28 AM

5'9" 150. Couldn't ask for a better fit, except that I bought it for my wife for our 35th anniversary. She's 5'8" 130. I have to check two local news channels and the Weather Channel before I can drive it. (WTF?) Found it's easier to just jump in the STI and leave. You could say she's attached to the car. Tells people it was custom built for her. Long way of saying, the seats fit her quite well!

bullitt5897 12-08-2010 04:08 PM

Getting in is the easy part, it's part graceful swandive, part freefall.

It's getting out that's a b!tch.

Oh, and the best part is my Nismo suspension creaks like a mofo when I'm getting in and out of the car, I've caught people in parking lots staring at me when it happens, pretty funny I think. :happydance:

Pete370Z 12-10-2010 11:15 AM
