Haha every time I hear about Slick 50 I remember my Dad saying "The only reason they call it Slick 50 is because the slicked the guy out of 50 bucks.... " IIRC the only benificial part of Slick 50 is the Moly Sulfide - and you can get a can of that for like $5...

Some manufacturers may void the warranty for using additives like 'Sleazy 50'. No offense but I would never put that in any of my cars. Better to use the extra money on a good synthetic.

I believe Slick 50 started out as a pyramid scheme, and they were the subject of much litigation. That was back in the 80s or early 90s IIRC. Somehow the company survived restructuring, though. The product is still total shite.
