Same here :( Iowa winters are horrific. My car has been put out of commission for the season since first week of Dec. It's NOT even officially winter yet SIGH :(
But yeah, my car never sees rain or snow, so she's done for the season. I do however find myself sitting in it every so often. Man, I miss her :( I had to switch insurance rates as well... |
3 Ft of snow in Southern Ontario... thank goodness for having a winter-car. :(

Hey Guys,
For you who garage your car for the winter, do you worry about getting "flat spots" in your tires? I was told that jacking the car up for the winter is bad for the suspension, but letting it sit is also bad for the tires. Let me know what you guys think on this... |

before i used flatstoppers i turned the tires by hand every 3wks at 42psi. no issue on the ground. |

look at the bright side :)
1- Enough time to save up for some new mods. 2- Less mileage on your car. 3- Less wear and tear = Less maintenance = more money to achieve point 1. 4- Enough time to search for the best mods. Good luck and i am sure it would be great to drive her after the long time. |
