Covercraft. Shop around, the prices vary quite a bit online. They have several different materials, make sure you select one of the outdoor covers.

I ordered a custom Covercraft cover for a customer a week or so ago. I have not heard any complaints. He should be back by the shop in the next few weeks. We have been having them custom made for the 300ZX market for several years and they work very well.
They have several options depending on model and also options for spoiler or no spoiler for a custom fit. |

For daily use, I think a car-cover is more of a hazard. It's impossible to use it even half the year and keep all the grit off of it, and you can't very easily put it on the car without dragging it on SOME points. The paint on the 370Z is like un-cured finger-nail paint from what I have seen. I have NEVER seen a 370Z without scratches. This includes show-room floor Z's just off the truck. I would almost say leave it off the car. I bought a car-cover for a car once and quickly gave up on using it even once a week for that reason. You live in Dallas, I live 200mi east of there and have been there plenty. Wayyyy too much dust/wind at times for an out-door car-cover imho.

^Exactly. You need to be sure that the car is clean before you put the cover on otherwise any dirt/grit/contaminants will be ground onto the paint between the cover and the car. That is not to say a cover could be better than having none for instance if you park under trees or are in a bird bomb prone area, the damage either of those could cause to the car is more than a cover.
However, that is quite the exaggeration that the paint is as soft as uncured fingernail polish. It is harder than the paint on a lot of Japanese cars.
