ATF fluid change?

Has anyone changed the fluid in a 7AT yet? I read that you must fill from the drain(s) with some speical tool. I am researching for a future purchase, and

I read that you must fill from the drain(s) with some speical tool. I am researching for a future purchase, and don't want to wind up paying the dealer everytime I want to change the fluid. I am aware it's a "lifetime" fluid but I still believe it must be changed.
