Default favorite aftermarket alarm?

Since no matter where i go, and when i come back theres some one NEAR my dam car even if i park far away. wether its other 350;s or STI's or just weird people who want to stare into the car i have been thinking a after market alarm is a must.

Any one using one that has a favorite system?

Im looking for long range 2 way pager, proximity sensor and ablitity to do warnings if to close like touching the car = a horn honk, would be nice.

I don't think the TS is too worried about his Z behind stolen, just people fondling it.

ugly plug but I have it in my Z31 under the dash where it is not easy to see. I consider regular noise alarms as useless since people dont pay attention to them anyway. If I was going to get a actual alarm it would have to be the kind that pages you if someone messes with it.
Otherwise, I think the Ravelco is the best option.I dont care if someone breaks a window and steals my jacket (goodluck seeing it with my tint though, haha), but for the love of god just dont steal the car itself! Chances of me finding another mint condition SS are slim to none. It was not that expensive either.

Viper and Clifford are owned by the same company and literally the same products in different wrappings. Both have OmniSensor that can be set so low that someone placing their hand against a window will send out a warning.

yeah i just want to stop the fondling and quite possibly put fear into any stupid kid who may want to key it due to it will bring to much attention to them.

That and i wanted the 2 way pager to send me a buzz if some ones near it.

If some ones gonnna steal it, its going to happen. Nothing stops a flat bed truck from what i have heard.

I was also thinking about lojack later on down the road since my insurance gives me a discount for having it.

huh, that's an interesting little device. They claim on their website that one one has ever stolen a car by defeating their product.

Has anyone put or is planning on putting one on their new 370Z?
