Aren't jammers illegal in CT too? I know radar detectors are.

I seem to get one speeding ticket per decade. The second (in my 20's) was in my Scirocco, driving on the NYS Thruway at night WITH a radar detector. The trooper got me the old fashioned way. Tailed me for 2 miles clocking my speed on his speedometer. That's when I gave up on radar detectors.
