EDR event data recorder

How do I disable or remove the EDR device? The EDR records speed and braking in the event of a crash. Your insurance company and police could have access to the device.

Don't mess with it. You will cause yourself way more issues than you will prevent, both legally and mechanically.

Every car has one these days. And I'm sure if you remove it you could run into issues with your insurance company. :)
