Cali emissions

So I have my car up for sale and someone from California wants to buy it. Under one condition, only if it's Cali emissions legal. Is it? I purchased the car from a dealer locally (las Vegas nv). There are no mods except the oil cooler. I don't know if there's special components required to make it Cali legal or if it's good to go from factory?

No worries the Z is 50 state legal from the factory.
