Slow shipping slow response slow everything

Has anyone order from Intensepower and experience slow shipping slow response to email or no response at all or different reasoning each week that ur order hasn't been received. I

Default Slow shipping slow response slow everything

Has anyone order from Intensepower and experience slow shipping slow response to email or no response at all or different reasoning each week that ur order hasn't been received. I made a order for a Stillen gen 3 intake on oct 7 and still haven't received yet. Last week I was told it was sent to them by Stillen on accident and not direct to me and so they would send it out next day to me to get here this week today is Thursday and still no package but I do get an emIl response saying my order hasn't ship out fr. Stillen due to Stillen having problems making the bottom pipe. it's been 3 weeks now they keep telling me computer is down so they can't check my order that's from the response I gt threw the Phonne call

I have, but in the end they did deliver.

Stillen won't drop ship. Just hang in there.

I have used Intense for years and know all of them pretty well; in fact it is about time I stop in and hang out with them again.

I have always found that it is better to call them as oposed to sending emails. I have seen one of their inbox's; WOW. Just call them up, ask for Pete and he will get you straight. If there is a delay, it is for a good cause; as Fusz said, just hang in there.

Why didn't you just order it from Stillen?

I agree, Intense has their flaws but they are still a get shop...Just dont ever use Vivid Racing! Especially for labor and them working on your car...!

I would give Stillen a call directly and explain things to them. I find it hard to believe that Stillen does not have these in stock.

i called stillen but no help from them they said i gotta deal with intensepower. intense never answers there phone and the guy on this forum after i made my order he stop responding to my msg here yet i still see him making post.

this is wat he emailed me
lastMr. Saqui,
Your oder has been paid, we are waiting on stillen to ship them out. I spoke to stillen this morning. They told me the delay was due to having to make a new batch of the bottom sections of the tubes. The estimated time they gave me was to drop ship first thing next week.

they said its suppose to ship this week but they have been saying that every week that its suppose to ship next week next week. thats all i hear is next week. i ask for a refund and they said there computer is down and will call me back and they never did

before that email i talk to them on the phone and they said stillen had shipp out my order but it was sent to there place and that they would ship it to me that was 2 weeks ago

I feel your pain man... It sounds like BS to me.. I don't know why vendors just can't be straight with people here. I went thru the "It will ship next week" BS with other vendors here.. for simple things too.. I'd rather hear "Its on Order, we honestly are not sure when it will arrive, please bear with us." than to be dragged along every fking week and sending email after email for a status after their fake deadline has passed.

my friend ordered the Powerlab GT35r turbo kit for his 350z, in early-mid september. So far we have received most of the parts except the turbos, manifolds, piping, inter-cooler, and fuel system upgrade. i know its a custom kit and hes number 4 out of 4 kits being made at the time but damn some one has to stock parts

Listen guys, I had to learn this the hard way with vendors and shops.



ONLY PLACE AN ORDER IF THEY PHYSICALLY HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK RIGHT THERE WITH THEM!!

I don't care if they have a batch coming in tomorrow, I will not order if it's not there. Otherwise you'll get the run around from the vendor or shop

^^ this is good advise.

i would cancel the order, dispute the creditcard to not charge you for it and just order somewhere else.

Ya after that experience I had, it really turned me off to internet ordering.. Been trying to stay local for all my stuff lately when possible. Plus you get to meet some cool car guys and support someone's local business.
