I've only used it for 300 miles and it stopped working!!
Drove into my garage tonight after 20min drive home from work and "S" mode
has a warning/ no rev matching...I guess I'll add this to my call tomorrow to the dealer! http://img23.imageshack.us/img23/7897/p1010167a.jpg :icon14: |
 That sucks, let us know how it turns out with the dealer. Best of luck.

don't even call. drive there and let them check it out right away.

you may have already tried this but hold down the S mode button for 5 seconds, and then do it again several times, it may need to re-set. When it is on the light will stay lit in the center speedo under the Rev indicator. |
Another day, another problem - you certainly seem to be having more than your fair share of troubles, sir. I sympathise.
:ughdance: - this is me sympathising. |

I looked it up and that symbol was for the "s" function. It comes on when I first start and leave,,,goes away and the revs kick in after warm up and driving...then once I stop driving (pull into garage) it comes back on. Kind of like when a connection is loose. They said to drop off Tuesday morning which fine by me! :tiphat: |
Figured it was nothing big. But after spending that much on a new car I would be worried too
|
If I'm not mistaken, that light comes on when you turn off vdc/tcs.

Guess I'm mistaken. My bad. :D

Quick update: Bottom Line, I'm a Dumb@@s! I rechecked what I looked up in the book and it does show that symbol, but only in the LCD window between the fuel and temp LEDs. It also will say "S-MODE" to let you know there is a malfunction!!
My apologies to all! Did I mention that the car seems to be breaking in nicely? LOL |
