DRESS UP BOLTS (a customer service story)
Now, you probably already know there was a mixup in the group buy for my Dress Up Bolts order (if you were part of that thread). Just, apparently, Murphy making the rounds and picking on me.
Anyway, I became irritated and impatient and canceled my order. And my money was returned promptly with an apology. Then, a week (or so later), I receive a package and a comment to the effect of: "We have a strong commitment to customer service at Dress Up Bolts and you are the only customer that wasn't satisfied when making an order. I talked to the boss and we agreed we couldn't let a single customer leave like that so we sent you the set you originally ordered free of charge. In an effort to put things right" Not every day you see that, that's for sure! So I'm here to Thanks, Chris ! (now post me a link so I can make things right between us and send you some money...your gesture deserves something in return)

They're a small starting company. It's the right thing to do.
