how to make the dealer pay for the **** it should-Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act

read it, your welcome

take a copy of the law to the dealer, they'll change their act in a heartbeat once they know you know your laws.

Well, I sent my CSC to Specialty-Z, who sent it to RPS to get it dissected. My car is everyday driven and never raced and the CSC failed at 16k miles. The results of the dissection shows abnormal bearing wear due to poor design, and somehow the seal slipped and cut into itself causing the leak.
