That might be more expensive then a car though... :)

This is the reason I want to stay single.

And if you keeping thinking that way? You're going to stay single

Like the old joke goes ...

You know why divorces are so expensive? Because they're worth it.

Now that you have posted a picture of your wife, I would like to change my response:

I'll try to seduce her. That's the end of my plan.

Perfectly fine with me. Fortunately the current gf is car and mod friendly so I hope it stays that way. Cuz one day soon I will be buying a 2009 GTR ;)

Since this was posted on a slow Monday night, and not the weekend, I just want to be the first to say:

IBTL

Now on a more serious note, after 26 years of responsible living and providing for the kids and wife, treat yourself

I re-read the first post and I don't see where the wife of many years was threatening to leave over the purchase of a car. Am I missing something?

This is the rule in my book. Who makes the most money in the relationship? If you do, your the boss. Also do you have a video recorded prenup so you cant be accused she was under direst.

If you have made the mistake of everybody else and got into a relationship where she can take you for everything you got, she is then now your boss and it will be her 370z after she takes you to the cleaners.

So if it takes a month to buy it, wait the month. You will have to make your new boss happy.

Unless you are about to spend someone's college fund on a car, I say firmly but gently extract your testicles from your wife's iron grasp and buy the car.
