It's a sad loss... I've had a few close calls that would've got myself in a wreck to avoid something disastrous (i.e., hit the concrete wall to avoid being the 4th in a chain collision).

Your question was who was the first to get into a wreck, right? The guy who got rear ended came before the guy who hit a pole. Or did you perhaps mean to ask who is the first to total a 370?

Right...if the question is who was the first to total a 370, then I would think that it's this poor guy in Texas. Mind you, I'm assuming that it's a total loss from the picture. I'd be very surprised if it isn't, but you never know.

Haha... yea clearly the guy who got rear ended didn't "wreck" his own Z. What doesn't make sense is the location where it happened. You've got to be going at high speed in what seems like a "slow" zone, swerve, jump the curb, and launch the car in the air like that.

Haha. Sorry for all of the confusion!! I didn't mean to mess this thread up.
Anyways, DIGItonium, have you seen that picture of the M3 that flipped into a house? It was a residential area, so the speed limit was pretty low. The kid somehow ended up leaping over the sidewalk and into someone's house. Anything's possible really. M3 got owned. Or you could be like this lady: |

That's an M3? It looks like some generic station wagon to me. And if you look at the grille, it doesn't have the BMW kidneys.
