I was wondering about that 'cuz mine is 401870 (vs your 400657) and 11/08.

Just bought 400309 built 10/08. PG Touring + Sport.

#310 is sitting on the showroom floor at Flemington Nissan.

The Vins appear to be in the 408000s now and with production winding down, I wonder if Nissan is going to reach their downward adjusted production number of 10,000 units?

One thing I've always been curious about is whether colors were produced in consecutive order or color doesn't matter as far as production numbers are concerned? In other words could 400829 thru 400850 for example all be black?

^Good point. I suppose the only way to find out is too crunch some numbers here on a spreed sheet as I believe all have listed their colors along with VIN numbers.

Any takers?

Wouldn't it be easier to just start separate threads for each color where the vin numbers could be listed, to see if there is any correlation?
