Hope this fits here. Feeling lazy today and didn't want to dig thru the manaul. What is the little round rubber button used for next to the hatch release. It's

Hope this fits here. Feeling lazy today and didn't want to dig thru the manaul.

What is the little round rubber button used for next to the hatch release.
It's right next to the hatch release to the left. Yes i pushed it but nothing happend or flashed. Any ideas. Thanks in advance

if nothing happens after you push, go to dealership to fix it.

thanks i will give it a try............

reminds me of how many blondes does it take to screw in a light blub.

i mean we've got a key fob plus the button on the doors..........

and im guessing the fob needs to be in your pocket............

Yep, but this button comes in handy. I use it all the time to lock the doors when I unload a bag from the hatch

i have the fob hooked on me, so i always use the fob instead of the buttons. except when i open the doors. but i always lock with the fob. i love hearing the beep sound.

I would prefer just lights to flash and no beep. Can the beep be de-activated? (Yeah, I know---"look it up in the Owner's Manual..."

IIRC hold both buttons on the fob until the lights flash.

I thought the rear hatch button only locked/unlocked the rear hatch not the side doors...........

There are two buttons. The wide one opens the hatch. There is a small, round button to the left of the hatch button that locks/unlock doors and gas lid.

I know its not suppose to but once i pushed the small one and the gas lid popped open that was cool. but it won't do it again.
