I was driving by a Starbucks near my house and there was a table full of about 8 traffic cops on the patio. One of them must have said something because they all turned to watch me drive by. I drove well under the speed limit. None of them were black.

I was once pulled over by 4 cops on foot coming out of a Starbucks. I was blocked in and had no where to go. Sergeant points to empty space and tells me to turn off my engine.
