Sorry...BCM? I am having a brain-fart. Brake Control Module? If it's electric, GM went from Delphi to Bosche a couple of years ago ('08 again, I think). Completely different electronics parts manufacturer. I think the main lesson you learned was to never buy the first year or two of a new year-model--especially from a domestic manufacturer. GM has ironed out most of the issues with the '08 and newer C6 models, though. |
agree, the c6 is a much faster car than the z too. it is a harder car to drive at the limit though

BCM is the Body control module that handles pretty much everything the engine control module doesn't. |

Cause the limits were so high. Normal driving you were typically at 3/10ths if you valued you license....Getting the car up into the 8/10ths range really made it work well, but your opportunities to do this are pretty limited unless you tracked the car.. |
Of course, I never was able to get on the C6 on the street because I would lose my license before I even grab 2nd gear. How much power is too much? Of course now I sometimes wish I have more power in the 370 when I complained about having too much in the C6.
I track both cars, so I have a different perspective in how I view the car. |
