Default Awaiting the Convertible 370z...

Hey guys, just wondering how many of you are eagerly awaiting the release of the convertible 370z like me? I have never owned, nor desired to own, a soft top convertible, but for some reason I really can't wait for the 370z vert and I am seriously considering buying it. I might still purchase the coupe in the long run, but I can't make my final decision without at least seeing or test driving the convertible! That is the only thing delaying me from going out and purchasing one!
For those of you that have owned the 350z convertible did you like it...pros? cons? And more importantly for those of you that might have owned the convertible 350z and now bought the 370z coupe, do you miss the drop top?

Much rather see it as a retractable hardtop than a convertible.

I'm waiting on the convertible, also. I chose a MINI cabrio over the hardtop four years ago and never was disappointed. I see you live in NY so you will have a chance to see the convertible first at the NY Auto Show next month.

The 350z vert was one of the ugliest things to come out of Nissan, IMO. The possible shots of the 370 vert look very promising this time around, but if it's anything like the 350, you're looking at a 10,000 premium for that feature...

Only if it has weight gain of less than 200lbs or so.

I will never own another convertible. I had a fox-body 'vert, and I grew to hate it. The body flexed too much, the top always leaked, the weatherstripping had to be replaced a couple of times, etc.

I was planning on it until I found out I am moving to Cali for a new job end of the month!

No ****! They are much better looking! I believe BMW is coming out with one on the Z4.

350Z roadster gained 200lbs. I'd bet it's going to be about the same.
