Really? In the GT-R there is a disclosure statement that you sign that states dynoing the car, driving it at ANY competative event, turning off VDC except in snow/mud, will void the warranty. I thought that was BS until I read it for myself. It is sitting on the floorboard of the passenger side of the car, at least, that is where I found it.

Here is the link where Ford voided a warranty partially because someone posted on a forum that they ran it at a drag strip:

Those things are irrelevant to what I said. You're not "supposed" to be doing those things.

But if you drive CORRECTLY.. they can't tell you what speed to go... only local law enforcement can.

True, but they can say you operated the vehicle in a manner it was not meant to be operated in. Warranty void. If they can tell you not to turn traction control off, don't you think they can tell you not to speed, too? Even LE can't tell you to leave the VDC on. Nissan can, though.
