Thank you. Just to let you guys know, Tom Peacock in Houston is giving me the complete runaround. They are telling me that it was to long ago to really help me. They want me to bring the vehicle in so they can look at it. I already know they don't have the part in stock, so why would I waste two hours out of my time to drive down so they can tell me "yup you don't have the part".

It's a shame that Steve Hipshin is no longer employed at the dealership because that is who I bought my car from. I will not buy another car from this dealership either. I also emailed Nissan Corp and will be waiting to hear back from someone there. Will keep you guys informed .

Well after sending the email someone from Executive has already called me at 8:15am. She stated she would be making several phone calls and would get back w/me by the end of the day.

just an update on this issue. after personally looking at the car , parts manager at Keystone Nissan in Mission Ks. called following Monday for pictures of the car. i guess he did not believe what he saw. I send them next day. it has been more then a week and not a peep out of them. this is the dealer that took 6 month to deliver the car.
I truly regret buying this car from them.

I just discovered I have the spoiler but it has a tear on the driver side and is not connected at the corner. I checked Courtesy parts.

The name of the part is Air spoiler-Front, the Nissan part number is 96010-Z34002. Courtesy sells it for $211.17 Courtesy Part information.

Just an update, Nissan Corp is picking up the tab for my front spoiler along with installation. Tom Peacock gave me and corporate nothing but problems. I have an appointment Monday to have it installed at the dealership by my house.

Update on my spoiler... ok so after trying out different dealers in my local area (not the one i bought the z from which is 700 miles away) one said they didnt have the right gun to install the spolier (ft. walton Nissan, another one (panama city) said that i had to pay. I walk into Pensacola Nissan and the service guy was like yeah we will install it right away for free. So I wanna thank them for the help and service.
