She feels pain!

:mad::mad::shakes head::shakes head::crying:

And i just got her all put together... sigh..... Older man driving an SUV and towing a boat did not realize i was on the outside lane. He then decided to swing a wide right hander into the gas station, and turned right into me :shakes head:

Well that's royally sucks! What damage did you do to his setup?

Nitex 09-29-2010 06:48 PM

^ not much really. Main impact was on his rear right wheel. I pop'd his tire and scratched up a small portion of body work. Not much really, and considering it was not a newer vehicle, not that big of a deal.

Now after waiting 2 months for my Forgestars, they want to repair them.. As i hopped on the curb on the right side, and left side was damaged due to impact. I am just not ok with them being repaired. I want replacements and may hold off for Forgestars new design, i cant post pics but i will let you know how i feel about the design soon. I may opt to try to be the first Z with them.

Wonder how much it'll cost him. I feel pain just watchin it.

:shakes head:all the oem stuff looks like its not too big a deal. Hope that wheel is ok and just be glad there wasnt more damage.

Not sure, sounded like his insurance is going to try for a partial fault while speaking with them. But i am NOT at fault here and the law is on my side. So i will push hard.

My estimate was at 4.2k from progressive and you now they low balled.

Red__Zed 09-29-2010 07:06 PM

ouch. bummer man...

ChrisSlicks 09-29-2010 07:08 PM

That blows. At least it is all bolt on stuff.

LuckyJinx 09-29-2010 07:08 PM

Wheel-base still okay yeah?

When my 350z was hit I took it to aldercrest auto rebuild. They did a really great job with the bodywork, can't tell what was painted. The only downside is that it took about 2 months to get it repaired because they have a long wait list. The other insurance co ended paying over 20k for the repairs.

Great thanks AZN. Ill look into them, currently I'm scheduled at professional collision in mukilteo. I need to do some research but figured mukilteo has some nice cars and they have been in business for a long time.
