wait...in NY its all under no fault you just pay your deductible and it gets fixed/replaced and if there is a bit of fault your insurance company can try and get your deductible back for you and or have the other insurance company pay for the repairs but in NY No fault is the law so no one can say its your fault too bad or its his fault get his company to pay for it.

yeah im pretty sure its not that way in WA, as his insurance said they may not pay my whole deductible. The cop didnt cite him even though he said turning from that lane in this instance was illegal. But he drove a trailer in the past, and knows he couldnt make that turn from the outside lane. Also mentioned he had a 280z back in the day... Anyways, I dont want an at fault accident on my insurance is all. The deductible is small beans.

I agree its nothing to trip about, it will all get fixed. And i will have less rock chips. Solves my rusted rock chip issue.. lol.

Thanks Sophia!

Fuzzy the fenders are not aluminum. I had a chip just above the headlamp on the driver side that was rusting.

Who keeps saying the fenders are aluminum? To clear the air the only exterior aluminum components on the 370z from nissan are the door shells and hood!

That sucks man, i have been through this before. The worst part about it is the wait time, hopefully everything works out and push as hard as you can with the insurance companies.
