i hear a low pitch humming/ringing sound when i have the radio off while driving im not sure if its from the pod gauges also hear some sort of garggling

i hear a low pitch humming/ringing sound when i have the radio off while driving
im not sure if its from the pod gauges also hear some sort of garggling sound from the rear...fuel pump maybe?
