Does everyone have this limiter while on neutral? I remember revving past 4000 one day when i was letting my friend hear my intakes. Now I'm wanting to try it

I remember revving past 4000 one day when i was letting my friend hear my intakes. Now I'm wanting to try it again just to be sure...this thread is making me wonder whether I revved past 4000 or not. I am 95% sure though that I revved past 5000 on neutral to hear the intakes. I haven't done any tuning. Oh well...I'll try it tomorrow and see if I have that limiter on neutral or not.
