Default something wrong with tranny?

Cars a nismo and got 3k miles...I hear slight rattling which seems like its coming from right under the car and slightly goes away when I push in the clutch...is this normal? I've read about the clunking sound when in first gear but I'm talking about when just idling...

Well its not crazy loud, I can just hear the tranny clicking when idling then the clicking volume goes down when I push the clutch in, so its normal?
