Has anyone compiled the cost per HP (Total Cost $$$ divided by HP gained)? How about reduction in 0-60 mph? Say you gained 20HP, how many fraction of a second

Just something you might want to consider... Say that you have an intake and it adds 18whp, and then you have an exhaust that adds another 8whp on top of the 18whp. But say if you did the exhaust first, the dyno would register 20whp and downplays the intake to 6whp. So you might want to consider that when you calculate the whole cost per HP gained. So doing a total price divided by total whp might make more sense than doing individual piece calculation. Hopefully this makes sense... Unless im talking complete B.S., just ignore my post.

There are plenty of calculators on the web to determine performance Vs HP or weight. Do a search. You'll find that lots of $$ rarely makes a big difference (unless the dollars are in a bushel basket)...

Who said "healthy" just dont eat and only drink. And Im not talking watter either. Or you could always go on a drug diet and stay skinny that way but the the cost per hp would go sky high.

i think 0-60 times are meant more for magazine entertainment than anything else. i can think of a hundred different, better ways to calculate value per dollar, and sinking $$ into a car is not one of them, hehe!
