It is just a different name in different parts of the world...same car.

BTW, your translator got the name incorrect..it is "Fairlady"

the fairlady for the most part is the same as the 370z. its a different name in japan that is all. They do have a few upgrades that we can have like a back up camera, but for the most part its all the same.
