Hey m4a1mustang, still the best ad EVER! (For a car guy, and yes, I know it's the Charger.) Everytime the transition to the talking to the sound of the V8 revving, I get this snarky snarl on my face, and just feel like saying, "Yeah! My car! Eat my carbon footprint!"

But yes the Challanger/Charger are both great low end torque cars, in a straight line LOL. I just sold my Dodge Charger V8 HEMI to get the 370Z Nismo, and I love it. Oh, and here's a video of a Lotus on Top Gear:

I saw one of those the other day. Unfortunately Darth Vader was not driving.

The amount of power those Challengers put down after a S/C, exhaust, tune, etc. is pretty ridiculous....nearly doubling the Z at that point.
I'm not a fan of the new Challengers though. They made them WAY too big for my taste.

I predict the next retro muscle car will be a Baracuda. Or a Pinto.

The challenger gains way more from the exact same mods we have available for the Z. The Z's not keeping up with a fully modded STR8 no matter what you got on it, excluding a completely different motor.

Same here
I traded my 2006 R/T for a 2009 370Z MT base w/ the sport package. It was a nice torquey car, I was giving up riding sport bikes and the Z fit the bill. There's a black SRT8 in town and that thing just looks badass. It also looks good as a NC Highway Patrol cruiser.
