I have a black Z and they hover around me every day at work...... just flapping their wings and not even moving and staring at the winshield haha. Its weird.

I think dragon flies think of the car as a pond due to itx liquid appearance and are trying to find a good place to perch to hunt for food. I have read that they try to get the best possible perch they can and will hoover till they find it. Or it could be the Z is just the dragon seed that attracts all.
