AK370Z posted these pictures before, which shows a weight of 1499 kg for the JDM Z Base + Sport with a full tank of gas. This confirms the Nissan Japan data I have of 1500 kg or about 3307 lbs (Base + Sport).
But because of US federal crash regulations, it's common for US cars to weigh more than the same model in Japan. According to the US car mags, it seems the US car is at least 50 lbs heavier. I too would like to see some US owners weigh their cars, especially in Touring trim, since the car mag tests have all been Base + Sport. ![]() ![]() Last edited by FairmanZ; 02-28-2009 at 02:58 PM. |
