Oil change, Jack stands or ramps with diffuser?

So I want to my own oil changes but I'm sorting out how to lift the front end. I don't think the rhino ramps will make it with the front

So I want to my own oil changes but I'm sorting out how to lift the front end. I don't think the rhino ramps will make it with the front diffuser in place.
