Actually, the colors they list for body colors are all aerosol paint cans. I primed, wetsanded, then painted, although there are definitely a few areas that didn't come out perfect.

In the last year or so of my time in the hobby I really got into scratch building to enhance realism. Anything from wiring to genuine leather upholstery (hard as **** to do on a 1/24 scale!).

I can't stand not having an engine either. It would be so much better to be able to open the hood and check out that stable liking under it!
