what am i scraping?
 

I have a 40th anniversary and on dips sometimes I scrape and it sounds like metal scraping towards the back of the car but when I look underneath I see no marks, what could it be I'm scraping and anyone else have this issue?

best bet is to prob put her on a lift and really take a look. Have you lowered your car at all?

On mine i scrape the front little plastic under spoiler but nothing in the rear. I dont have a 40th tho but it shouldn't be any lower.

Not lowered and I can't get it on a lift, I just hear a little metal scraping sound on dips a couple times now and I look underneath with a little flash light and don't really see anything :/ so I'm wondering if I should worry that I damaged something.

pay $35 and get rhino ramps.

i get the same thing on my drive way

its the flat metal connector that is about half way back. Not sure its function nor do i have a picture handy atm, but its about 6" wide maybe and just goes from one side to the other (I never bothered to see what it connects to i just saw mine scraped)

i think it's the cross member daisuke pointed out.

It's probably nothing. Just turn up the stereo and ignore it. It will probably go away on it's own. ;)
