New Delivery Odometer Miles
For those of you that have taken delivery of a new non-test driven 370Z, how many X.X miles were on the odometer?
I ordered mine and when it arrived it had 8 miles on it.
when i picked the G, it had 22 Km on it...full tank of gas also
The one I'm currently looking at has 10 miles on it, but they said that it was test driven once, and twice by salesmen.
I'm okay with 10 miles. |
8 Miles on mine.
4 miles on mine
8 miles on mine too.
Interesting. I would have guessed in the mid teens.
I do not get it. I think even 4 miles is a lot for a new car. Where do these miles come from if not test drives or joyrides? factory to truck, truck to ship, ship to truck, truck to dealer lot. I dont see how that equals 4 miles or more. I wont be taking delivery of my Z if it has more than 4 miles on it. unreasonable? I dont care. My roommate took his G off the lot with 4 miles.
5.2 until I test drove it and they put gas in. :driving:
I was told up to 17 mile is reasonable and acceptable for delivery. Sometimes cars go through different testing by Nissan or drive from port to truck etc. Anything more than 17 and you're in the shady zone. Your car may have been a demo car. I think there's a thread where a member from a Nissan dealer agreed the above statement.

Some G came with a note in the glove box stating that is was driven by _________ on the test track in japan befor shipping.
^ yea i had that note in my g35 and it had 45 miles on it.
but this time i around i want to witness the unloading of my car. to make sure no one will joy ride it. |
