as well you should, 435hp and 398 ft./lbs will do that.

Not when the new S6 has a curb weight of 4486 lb... holy fat pig. lol
370Z - 203 bhp/ton S6 - 194 bhp/ton 370Z should be faster up until drag starts to play a bigger limiting factor. Must have been a high speed encounter or lack of driver skill A stock S6 is only a high 13's car.

i wouldnt worry about it. i don't know what buckhead is, but i'll give you the benefit of hte doubt and assume that its a track although the s6 (429hp/4210lb power to weight ratio of .1019) has almost the exact same power to weight ratio has your nismo Z (350hp/3300lbs power to weight ratio of .106) their car has 398lb-ft of torque, while yours has 276, and that torque is on the low end, meaning they're gonna have more giddy up off the line. Plus he's got an automatic, so he just needs to step on the gas to unleash the power. Be happy, you spent half as much on your car, its its probably more fun than his. And keep in mind with 40k in mods (the price difference between the s6 and the Z) you would blow him out of the water.

the car probably wasnt stock either, those engines respond very well to mods.

I think you're mistaking the S6 for the old S4 with the 2.7TT V6... can't really squeeze that much more out of a relatively high-strung V10 without making it ungodly loud.

it always seems to go back to the car cost more than ours when we get beat but when we beat a honda we dont mention that ours cost more. who cares about price that has nothing to do with it as the difference in price isnt all in the engine alone. it has more TQ so it gets going faster and it beat the Z. TQ is where the Z lacks and thats why I want the SC, to help with that area.

no sir, over on audiworld I believe someone bolted on an additional 40whp with NA mods. I go there from time to time. It isnt too far fetched, look how much power our cars make with bolt ons/tune. I'd say our engine is almost maxed out from the factory, so to extract the power we do, its pretty damn impressive.
