I did the exact same thing with my old civic. (My civic was black too.) My buddy at the paint and body shop said he could sand and repaint the damaged area, but it would be obvious. Total bill with "friends and fam" discount came out to about $650 to sand and repaint the entire bumper.

I ended up having my other buddy (detailer) wet sand the fine scratches and buff the hell out of it. Then, he went over all of the paint chips with a paint pen, let it dry overnight, and hit it with the wet sand again. (very fine sandpaper both times) Finally a nice buff and wax, and the only place you could see any damage was where the plastic bumper was damaged (much like yours)

Of course, doing this takes a lot off the clear layer, so it probably wasn't the best option, but I was just getting the car ready to sell so I could buy the Z
