It just feels natural for me now to have right to upshift and left to downshift.

I would mess up hard if it switched.

also for those saying the stick should be up to downshift and down to upshift.

its called up and downshift for a reason.

I still lol at the people saying I would mess up constantly if I turned my AT to M mode.

upshift & downshift refers to gears, not shifter movement. Otherwise in a 6sp manual, you would be downshifting from 1st to 2nd, 3rd to 4th & 5th to 6th. How does that make sense? Down to upshift is easier in my opinion. It just feels quicker to shift. They should just have the option to select how you want it layed out. Maybe a selector switch. It can't be that difficult.

isn't there a way to program it like turn on ignition, step on the gas pedal for 5 sec, press the switch for 0.2 sec, press the other swithc for 0.3sec, press gas pedal 0.2 sec 10x evenly spaced at 2.3sec, step on brake pedal, etc. stupid sequence?
