I'm a newb to manual.... Is it ok to constantly switch gears at nearly redline on each gear? I love speed! Also, is it ok to cruise on the highway

Is it ok to constantly switch gears at nearly redline on each gear? I love speed! Also, is it ok to cruise on the highway on 3rd or 4th gear the whole time??? i dont care for fuel economy... i just want to rag the hell out of my nismo but not harm the engine... My nismo is a month old and has 3000 miles already!
