FWIW, as of this post, the kids (15-20) and the geezers (56-60+) are equally represented at 23 votes each. Does that mean that those in the latter group (includes me) are experiencing a second childhood as opposed to a mid-life crisis??

44, and all my married friends give me the business about the car. Especially ones with kids. I just tell them they have a legacy and I just have a really great time! I get the mid life crisis thing alot aswell, but I heard the same thing with the 3 series I had before the Z. Haters love to hate!

You know I was just thinking. When I got out of the Army in 87, yeah 87! I bought a brand new 87 300zx and got the sh*t from people then too. I was 23 and had traded in a 78 280z. You just cant stop that Z love I guess.

26 (27 on the 22nd of July)
This is my 3.5th Z. ( I co-own an 88SS with a friend, it's getting the turbo vg33 treatment currently)

18 - 1986 300zx turbo
22? - 1986 300zx NA2T ( which later got turbo vg33.. one of the first in the country.. I've helped a few people convert them now. As well as doing quite a bit of figuring out how to edit the engine programs in the ecu.)
24? - 1988 300zx SS
24? - 1/2 of the 72 dodge coronet... it was badass.. check the pics linked below.
25 - 2000 BMW 528I (e39)
26 - 2004 g35C
26 - 370...

Pics of most of the car's that I've owned. As well as some of the crazy projects...
