So true...lol... It's the ugliest colour in the line up. It's like the failed colour option that Nissan has. Remember that champagne 350z colour...lol |

As far as I can tell, Lemers showed up and it took a wrong turn - he was probably too busy looking for a gear.

The only con is if you take VDC off, Vin Diesel appears and steers your car off the road. He then looks at you and says,
"You owe me a 13 second car." |

I guess one drawback is the370z.com may be more... uh, humorous than nsxprime.com. :) What is your overall goal? Just putter around town? Then it's more about your opinion. Issues with the 370Z only arise when you're pushing the car hard (high oil temperatures, brake pads + fluid needs to be upgraded), and even when they do there are simple inexpensive solutions. Otherwise it's a fine, well-built, reliable modern car with all of the features you expect standard on modern cars (ignition lock, push-button start, climate control, millions of airbags, etc.).
I've driven both and you do sit much lower in the cabin in an NSX than you do in a 370Z. The NSX is also 300 pounds lighter and has an extruded-aluminum chassis with an RMR layout compared to the 370Z's steel and FMR layout. I mean you're going from a car that was $90k when new 20 years ago to something that's $30k today. |

I wish LOL wasnt so overused bc I actually laughed out loud after picturing this |

Okay in the hope of getting this thread somewhat back to where it belongs:
Everyone knows the paint sucks. The transmission (MT) is not nearly as smooth as I would have imagined it to be. Rough second gear, clunky, rattling. The cabin can be loud, although I don't care about that. The NAV is slow, too slow. Other than that, I love it! |

oh and AT are for :supergay: !! :roflpuke2: lmao

Paint = Terribly soft
Doesn't handle as well as I think it should AC isn't quite as cold as I'd like it to be I suffered from the sticky hatch issue like many others, but problem seems to of corrected itself. Like others, my fuel gauge is a little dodgy. |

You can see by the poll that many drivers have had this issue. No a big deal, just a little bit of a pain. |
i dont have a sticky hatch but i find it hard to close the boot on my roadster. You really have to slam it!!! or push reallyhard down on it?? anyone else find this on the roadster?
|
my purse matches just fine. from what your driving now no offense but the 370 will be a major step up. ask 10 guys here you will get 10 things different they want like about the car. but there straight shooters and wouldn't bs you.

no big deal took it to dealership last week with that form. they are going to fix it once it stars repeating its self. some days yes other no! |
so all in all for what this car can do, I dont see where any of the few things that are happening to this car is any worse than what happens with other cars that cant do what this car can do. And just be lucky it wasnt built by Toyota. All cars will have small things go wrong, ther is no perfect car that has nothing wrong with it and this car is up their in reliability from my stand point so far.

I forgot to mention the roadster I took a test drive in had something wrong with the drivers side outside door handle. A couple of times getting in the handle wouldn't open the door, even though it was unlocked. Anyone have a door handle failure?
I guess I was looking for something like the NSX failure lists where you can find out all the likely, common failures and what can be done to prevent them. |
