Potential Buyer Totally Turned Off
 

Today I sat in a Z for the first time, a '10 Black Cherry Touring Sport with nav and manual transmission. The car was beautiful but I was totally turned off by the sound of the driver door closing. The door sounded thin and flimsy, and lacked the thunk sound of well- built cars. I walked away, the Z not for me.

kinda shallow to base a cars quality on the "sound" of its door closing. i can understand the feeling though, but i could never be dissuaded by this when you consider that the Z has more quality per square inch than most every other car in its price range, without exaggeration.

What the hell did you expect it to sound like, a tank? Trust me friend its plenty sturdy, and has a thud to it.

My '09 GT PRHT is built like a tank man, solid, tight and well- screwed. The door to the Z didn't come close to inspiring that kind of confidence in it's build quality.

The Z has small doors because it's a 2 seater and it's aluminum.

I've got a great idea. My opinion is low of a particular vehicle. So I'm going to go inform owners of said vehicle of this opinion. People who've already spent thousands of dollars on them.
