It is probably crystal pepsi, they use it in the factory oil cooler..

I don't know about anyone else, but I think it's water condensation from the A/C.

Now that crackling noise bothers me - sounds like the alumium block is starting to crack. I think he needs to change the oil. What oil do you guys think he should use?
