probably false...but you never know...normally a person would just keep it since they bought it in the first place, but you were insistant on returning it.
Doesn't matter how he got it or what he paid. He owns it's current value now.

Yeah my point was i had just bought it at retail from the same dealership even paid to install it. they get paid back in full from insurance for the cover than
i can't return it while its still in the box less restocking fee.
