That's more than enough HP for a 3200 lbs cars. :driving: So far we have confirmed 332 HP, 270 ft/lbs of tq and rev matching manual. Any other info?

I'm hoping it's 338!
Just because the game shouldn't lie about the cars specs...
But they could if they want to and it's america.
All this talk is getting me so angst!
Sucks that I have to wait until spring to get this!

I would tend to believe that the official number is going to be 338hp in line with the Need for Speed number. Nissan worked very closely with the game publisher and for them to misquote what the actual horsepower figure is would be amazing to me if they did.

Where did you get this figure for Need for speed?

popor 11-14-2008 03:01 PM

I get that figure right from a preview version of the game...

AK370Z 11-14-2008 05:04 PM

I believe the final specs are 332 HP and 265 ft/lbs tq. This is still not released by Nissan yet but that's what the sources guessing.

I don't know about the NFS specs, but is the LA(US) and Japan spec different because the U.S. changed the way they measured hp couple years ago? After the new hp rating, most car went down a few hp compared to the previous.

If that's the case, then the number for Japan and U.S would explains it.

All the final specs revealed here guys no more speculation and guess work :driving:

The links you gave is either bad or no longer available. Nissan probably did a link referral trace and found out the info got out too soon. NissanNews can no longer be access till later.

I'm using work computer so I NOT allowed to open attachment hence I do not know if the links are dead or no. If Nissan approaches me to to take them down, I'll gladly do that. But until then, you can see all the specs here

Too bad the Rev Matching function on the 6MT is tied into the sport package. The rest of it sounds pretty sweet. So the question is, get the sport package with the funky gearbox function, or pay considerably more to customize it with a BBK, wheels, and a LSD of my choosing? And of course, let's not forget coilovers, intake, exhaust, etc...

From the documentation and pictures to date, it appears the rev-match function is switchable. This means OFF is only a push-button away

Holy thread revival. I thought I was reading about a new offering which sounded a lot like a 370Z.:bowrofl::icon17:
